I thought this maths was challenging for me as it went into hundreths. I added other numbers to make it easier to work with because working with the decimal hundreths is a little hard so I made it a whole number but because I added that I had to take it off at the end.

Earth Licking Good Scooter

 My Jingle or Slogan 

I was thinking at first of a flying scooter one that could be used for getting to places close and fast. But what would be the slogan. I thought and thought and thought nothing came up only just some weird disney inspiration. Then I thought how about I take it to the ground just a normal electric scooter yeah that would be fine as I thought... I came up with it the perfect slogan for my electric scooter. The thing with my electric scooter that would be different from the rest was that it would have a slogan that spread around that electric scooters were good and safe espicially to the earth. And there it was Earth Licking Good. I had thought of KFC. The place were everyone gets their food we go there so we like it and its finger looking good as KFC said. So a eco friendly Scooter would be earth licking good. It wouldnt harm the enviorment in anyway and just be a scooter to get to places fast or to have a bit of fun.

There were 472 runners altogether in the marathon. 185 have already crossed the finish line. How many are yet to complete the race?

There are 287 runners left to complete the race. I Choose to do this one since I got very very confused doing the other ones such as he sold half of his eggs 3 times while not stopping to get more.

Making A Scooter In Blender

 This is probably gonna be a project that lasts maybe 10 days because. Blender is very confusing it's like a harder version of roblox studios it has all these weird things such as extrusion, scale x,y,z and other things like that after about 1 hour I had finished my first thing it was a handle grip by using cylinders, extrusion and scale I could make myself some handle grips. That were very detailed. The handle grips had indents and parts were your finger would go. That was all i had done compared to the whole scooter that was nothing but soon it would be done.

Breakfast Bars Ready to Eat

 Mash 5 bananas in a trey till mushy. Next add half a cup of light brown sugar to the banana mush. After adding half a cup of sugar, pour in 1 cup of Blueberries. After you have poured in your blueberries,you can put 1 cup of white star instant maize porridge banana flavour into the mix. Then at last you can add your oats for the oats put in 1 whole cup. Add Vanilla essence for a bit of flavour. Now onto the cooking part.

Flatten the mixture out on the trey so it's at least half way up on the trey. Then you bake for 25 minutes at 180 c. After 25 minutes take out the trey and cut into squares while still hot. After that, bake at 100 c for 25 to 30 minutes to crisp it up. After that you can take it out and get ready to start munching.

My Mini Beast And A Bit of My Writing

 The brown muddy water is sitting still right beside me. I leap as high as a Jumping spider, My tongue can extend like a Frog. My eyesight is as good as having 20 eyes and I can see even behind myself. And I have a hard exoskeleton. I am the perfect insect. As I am the perfect insect I eat mostly pests such as flies, maggots, rats and more. Though this perfect insect will face his hardest challenge. Meeting a human. The insects' eyes let him see a giant coming towards him. Bump! Bump! Bump! The little insect behind him sees a giant coming. He trembles in fear as it's his first time seeing one. He wonders then it snaps. Is that what my colony calls a giant? They say they’re destroyers have killed thousands of us. I return back to the colony in the trees. My People are feasting on a cockroach as I walk in.I pay no mind though. 

Our colony has been getting smaller and smaller ever since they went out searching for food. I'm not sure what happened to them but our queen is still here and that's what matters most. The queen’s only job is to lay eggs for us and lead us. If we didn't have her we wouldn't even be alive. That's how important the queen is so workers' lives don't matter as much. When I was out next to the muddy brown water I was supposed to be scouting for food for us to eat since right now we are very scarce on food and water that’s why our people have been traveling long lengths to get just a little bit but last time it was a disaster no one got back and no one knows what happened. Im suspecting a giant destroyer other people are suspecting it was a flood though no one knows.

 So There I was in a world unknown to me there were bugs, animals, things I've never seen before. The first weird thing that had happened to me was when I just woke up here just randomly it was like I was just dropped here no warning no nothing at that time I thought it was a dream, an odd one at most. But no no no it was much more much much more. The first thing I saw looked like dinosaurs. A big long neck reached over me and looked down on me. It’s neck slowly started coming closer and closer until it was right in front of me. Its big mouth opened as it went in trying to grab me.

I galloped away on all fours. I screamed as I ran away at the time I had just found out it's not a dream. “AHHHHH” I said as I galloped I was hiding under the trees where it couldn’t get me. I thought that the dinosaur was a herbivore. The trees covered me from the burning hot sun. I had peace but not for long as the next thing I saw there was a tiger eating something behind me. I didn't know what it was eating because it didn't have a face. It was long dead at least I knew that. Luckily the tiger was still munching and wasn't chasing me. “Oh Yeah what happened to the so-called herbivore? I remember it being here,” I said in my mind. Badump! Badump! Badump! It was getting louder and closer. Badump! Badump Badump. And then when I looked up it was staring right at me...

A Book I'm Reading Vol 1

 The Rising of The Shield Hero Vol 1

So far in this story at the beginning we see our main character Naofumi Iwatani he's walking to the library as he's looking for a fantasy novel to read. He finds a odd book on the ground. Hmm what's this the four cardinal heroes. As he goes on in the story there are 4 characters. The Sword hero, the spear hero, the bow hero, and the shield hero. Wait where's the shield hero its blank. AHHHHH! The next thing I new I woke up in a medieval sort of castle with 10 men in robes surrounding me and some other people.

I've already seen the anime for this so I might as well read the book. I think reading the book would because I would get to see more of the main characters thoughts. I've only reading a little bit and i'm nowhere near done.

Rubbish Is A Huge Problem

I believe that rubbish is a huge problem. Rubbish is everywhere in the ocean. The land on the side of the road it's everywhere and it's not good for the earth. Sea animals are getting hurt from plastic that ends up in the ocean, maybe from the wind or people just dumping it there. Rubbish is not the only problem though because of steam or gas the air gets polluted as well.

This results in global warming that means animals habitats are changing if animals are used to the cold a big spike up in heat it will be very bad for them as they will tend to overheat as the animals that live in the cold places would have adapted with thick fur or other things that would keep them warm so if it got warmer they would overheat. Please fix this problem with more rubbish bins and less gas producers. Anyone could help by just putting rubbish in the bin where it belongs.

 The pancreas lives behind the stomach making enzymes which can help digest proteins, fats, and carbohydrates before they reach the small intestine. Another function the pancreas does is make insulin which controls how the body stores and uses glucose which is very important because if you don't have insulin from the pancreas the glucose will get stuck in your bloodstream. The pancreas is 15 cm.

 The day was dark and gloomy when I woke up the sun was barely visible and my mum wasn't even awake. I was the first to wake up. This was really hard and challenging I did all the transitions and stuff myself but I met so many problems like I needed to buy the software which was bad cause I couldn't do it so I had to do it with something called a watermark. Also every time it said video unavailable and the transitions would be way to fast when I uploaded this was the best I could do.

 If Everyone in the world was a vegetarian we wouldn't have a lot of products we normally like to eat that contain animals. There would be no meat sausages but there probably would be vegetarian sausages. Everyone would eat tons of veggies  and because everyone's not eating meat now  and veggies there will be way more animals roaming around instead of them in paddocks and stuff they might be everywhere because people aren't eating them. All the ads you see for food would be completely different. There would be no ads for beef or meat or anything because everyone is a vegetarian. The restaurants would be completely different having probably more veggies and other foods that we don't normally eat such as vegetarian burgers and stuff like that.

 Doctors end up stuck close to people with Covid, testing them scared they might get Covid one day and spread it to their family when they come back. So if we keep protesting and not listening to lock down rules their life will get harder and harder leaving us without people testing us for Covid and when that happens who knows what will happen maybe we’ll all get Covid maybe even more millions of people will die. Just because we wanted to open the borders and make it harder on the Doctors.

This Weeks Learning and The Great Keyboard Clean

 This week was amazing especially the keyboard clean that took more than an hour and a half as I removed every single key cap cleaned it cleaned the key caps and put them back on it took forever just to take it off and then the hard bit... Putting the key caps on. I mixed and matched the keycaps as when I pressed g it did h and when I pressed h it did g so at the end I was still infuriated because I had to get the box open it all up it was hard enough to put the box away now I have to di it again just to get some silly key cap remover when you can do it with your hands.

This weeks work

This weeks work was pretty good the problem for me was the math's I thought it was too easy and there wasn't enough and also with the Matific there was no tasks assigned to us even though the teacher said its probably because the link took us to Matific and not to the task that we were assigned to so I still had to login and there was no task assigned to me. My favorite was probably the writing as it was the most fun out of everything for me. The reading I thought it was too short and that traffic light thing we had to do was kind of a bit weird and confusing for me we are telling the teachers what words we know but I don't think it was a proper way to do it as it would be better to find new words in a book and then infer or find out what that word means.

The problem with these muffins we ended up using a cake recipe for the batter it worked pretty well but the main problem was, that the oven wasn't working the bottom one wasn't working but the top part was working so we ended up burning it only on the top. We then ended up putting icing on the top to hide it.

Writing

 I believe that Kapa Haka is good for us as it can teach us to work with a team by maybe singing together and doing multiple actions or moves together.

Kapa Haka for me helped a lot because I'm quite shy and I tend to act weird but since, I started doing Kapa Haka at school its gotten easier because at Kapa Haka we are all working together as a whanau so I feel like I have a duty to be in to it like everyone else. In my opinion Kapa Haka helps with lots of things. This is just one of the things it helped me with. 

The one hundred and eighty senior kids at our school seem to do Kapa Haka perfectly like its a part of their daily routine we can also see that from the form survey me and Cruze did last week most people enjoy Kapa Haka a lot actually and they want to do more and maybe this is our first step towards that with this writing were doing this week. 

Evidence The form that me and Cruze did has one hundred and thirty six total responses most of them have put I love Kapa Haka which shows that most of the senior school likes to do Kapa Haka it seems though that with the part of everyone wanting to learn more Kapa Haka and the history. Fifty percent put maybe out of yes no and maybe the least was no and yes was second most so it seems people on that bit aren't as happy about it as the rest.

My Family's Graph

This is the graph I made I questioned my family out of three they both picked reading I picked math's and no one chose writing. The thing is the online graph is quite hard since you are not able to make a third variable and with the little people in my family the graph kept doing 0.25 0.5 of a person and it was very hard for me to figure out so in the end the only thing that worked was making a pie chart.

 In my opinion I think that sports is better than music because you exercise your whole body compared to music where your more exercising your brain and other parts of your body but with sports you exercise everything and you learn team work skills and all that. 

Also when you exercise it burns off fat this statement is backed up by Life Education a truck that teaches us all about food and whats good for you (2021) Life Education recently came to our school to teach us this now we all know now.

I chose the second paragraph because it has my RT which is still to backup my evidence this time since Life Education came to our school recently and they were talking about how exercising burns off fat so I thought maybe I could use that in my writing this week and that's what i did.

What happened with our kite is we used like plasticy paper first but it didn't fly so we took that down and replaced it with plastic bags thinking we could aerate it but I think in general our frame was too heavy and there wasn't enough wind.

Reading DLO

For this weeks reading we checked out facts and opinions but for me I didn't really understand this one to much as I think the wording was put differently compared to other reading slides so it was very hard for me. This one here was to choose 1 fact and opinion from the text for animal testing and then and then another fact and opinion against animal testing so i thought it was a bit weird that you just had to write what the text said.

Dear Disney CEO

I would like you to put more effort into the making of your movies as most of your have the same plot over and over again. I would rather you make one good movie instead of lots of little mediocre movies that people don't care about much.

Specifically I have an issue with the same and lame plot of your stories you could at least change it up by making like an extra twist villain that's super hard to defeat or just something different in general. What also annoys me is how the characters sometimes don't fit the dialogue which can look very weird. I also think Disney movies are very kiddy and my age group agrees with me since when I surveyed a table next of students next to me in my class and one hundred percent of them told me that Disney movies were kiddy.

Should Zoos Exist?

 A Zoo or Zoological park keeps animals locked away for us to see. We might like seeing them but do they like us seeing them? Their cages are big but maybe not big enough.

Animals end up dying much much younger due to mental stress from being looked at every second of their life. Above The Noise a youtuber that made a video about should Zoos exist also backs up this idea by saying the same thing. He also adds another little thing we didn't know. He says that when you see animals pacing back and forth or doing laps around the room it probably means there bored. Chimpanzees can show another sign or a different way of that as they pluck out hair or bite themselves.

I think that Zoos use animals for money as you don't see other animals like dogs or cats you only see the really exotic animals like polar bears seals tigers lions and all of those really cool animals. The stray dogs in the alley way aren't seen at Zoos but they are at vets. The animals they take in could've been taken away from families and friends and if you were taken away from our family and friends and then locked away for people to just look at you. I don't think that would be nice.  Animals that end up in Zoos could end up being sold and bought just like toys thrown around like its not alive. It's cruel I think very cruel.

This time my RT was to backup my ideas with other stories or videos maybe an article so by using a video by Above The Noise I could backup one of my ideas. My answer for should Zoos exist is kinda half way but im leaning to no because it just sounds cruel to be locked away for your whole life.

 I loved this activity it was challenging and fun at the same time. It was super challenging because of all the problems were our worlds would get deleted and the redstone just wouldn't work it was super annoying but still very fun.  My beepbox experience was amazing I used multiple parts and layers to create my song I thought was really cool with pitch rhythm tempo and all that stuff it was amazing to put together a song.

 The high barrier above me flaps up and down as the judges adjust the weird machine. It towers above me high in the sky.One point eight meters? Yea that seems good. I run up for my measure, not even. The agent in full black gallops after me disguising himself as he comes my way. I near a clothes shop hiding behind the racks and grabbing a hat that covers my face so the agent cant see me. I go in and out of the racks hiding from the agents at all costs. I dash out the shop seeing the agent follow me I get behind a building the agent scouts the area but doesnt find me. The agent walks off in to the distant town. What agent will come next?

The Supreme Agent

The supreme agent which is much more experienced follows after me turning every corner I turn in a second this was the supreme agent that has been after me for a long time know and was the won who made the idea for using me as a supreme strong agent that would listen to every command the agents sent me. The agents would do anything to do this they sent agents after agents chasing me so they could use me to take over the planet. They would be strong, in fact the strongest people on earth.

How it all begun

It all started when I was born the agents seeked me for my abnormal strength because of one special doctor this doctor had the powers to make people stronger by implanting something called potion-x this potion would make your muscles stronger. I needed potion-x when I was born because I was born with abnormally weak muscles. But the doctor put to much potion-x and my power erupted the agents seeked this doctor with his potion-x so the agents could get stronger but now they seek me for having the most potion-x in me.

This writing wasn't my favourite it was bit hard for me to do since I didn't have many ideas for this when I thought of identity nothing much came up into my head so it was a bit hard for me.

 This weeks reading was really fun I loved the word art and identity chart. I liked how you had to make the word art the same on both sides which made a really cool effect. The identity chart was pretty cool since its only you. Its your freedom its describing you which I think is pretty cool.

I think this is my favourite writing so far this year i do you like it?

The Water Tribe is a group of water benders that have come together. There are are two primary groups of water benders that live together the Southern Water Tribe and the Northern Water Tribe . The Water Tribe people are mostly friendly and just want to live together with the other nations but they can very deadly when paired with their animals.                                                                                                                    New Paragraph

Some people in the Water Tribe have pets. There are different animals you can find in the other nations but in the water tribe you can find animals beyond imagination. For instance the Otter Penguin which is a hybrid animal that can only be found in the Southern Water Tribe.It has whiskers like a cat that are very sensitive it can sense ripples in the water so if something come close they'll know. The penguins belly is tough and stretchy like a wetsuit in the water. Its white so it reflects the sun. However there black backs are perfect in the water there the same as their bellies but they absorb the heat. They warm up their backs and jump into the cold water there backs stay warm as they float in the cold water.                                New Paragraph

The penguins lie as they sense a new animal coming the Polar bear dog puts its front paw in the water the penguins kick back as the polar bear dog has a dip. The Polar bear dog has fur covered everywhere on its body except for its paws eyes and noise. Its fur keeps it warm in the water. Its large canine teeth help it chew up tough things and also its paws are padded so it can travel fast in the snow.

Space King Gigazilla has razor sharp teeth that can penetrate tough skin. He has big tusks like a sabertooth but super sized he can stab with these tusks. He has hot steamy skin that can burn his opponents when they touch him luckily he can toggle this ability so his allies do not get hurt from his hot steamy skin. His skin is also very rugged and hard to get through. His long tail helps him swim and balance he's part turtle so he is use to swimming too. Swimming is his main way of travel on his tail there are millions of small crystals people say they originally came from space as Space King Gigazilla came from space they can be used to impale and stab but they charge up a special power only Space KIng Gigazilla can access. He has big chain like robotic arms he was exposed to a deadly toxin that slowly turns you into the strongest most durable metal in the world not even tons of attacks from his enemies can penetrate through this tough metal on his arm. This tough metal slowly formed into a chain like saw that has a spike in the middle this spike has been covered with poisons and other stuff that is used to kill monsters luckily it does not affect himself. He has big jagged nails that slice and cut when he kicks his enemies. 

The space crystals on his back glow brightly with pinkish purple light shining through them as he opens his mouth a red ball appears spinning around a big laser beam shoots out destroying everything in its path this move is called cero it is a special move that uses up lots of energy.

Space King Gigazilla also has a robotic eye from when he lost his eye in a battle against one of his enemies his robotic eye can see through buildings and also can shoot lasers that are very deadly and are used by the military to beat other monsters. His eye has four spider like legs that can move so he can see everywhere he basically has a three sixty view of his surroundings. My monster wreaks havoc all around the place destroying buildings and fighting monsters he is Space King Gigazilla.

I thought making this was very fun and I made the pineapple the anchor some of the fish aiden made sponge bob and some other stuff cruze made batman fish the shells and some seaweed i thought this was really fun since you could do it with other people. Do you like my google drawn fish?

Figuring Out New Words

In this picture here I learnt how to figure out new words. In this photo my unknown word was agriculture. I read back and forth looking at the text around the word seeing if my words that I had thought up would fit in the text finally I had come to a conclusion the word had to do with farms and greenhouse gasses from reading the text around it. My huge keywords to figure it out were soil farm animals and greenhouse gasses those were my keywords to figure it out but to double check if I was right I searched up the definition on google.

 Crack! The cashew nuts were bouncing back and forth off the hard plastic sides of the food processor. We ended up getting the pesto early we grabbed a small spoon and dug the spoon deep down into the pesto bringing up a huge piece.

I thought learning to edit was pretty fun the stuff that was highlighted is my edited bits it was hard to think of new words to replace the old words I had but after a while i could catch on to the flow of it and now I know how to edit my pieces of writing. I think my writing piece here sounds a lot better then before it was edited.

My Remember to my remember to is to describe what's happening my new learning is to describe the characters feelings or their perspective of what they see and what they feel. That's my way and why I think it would be good to have a canopy at the senior court.

 I want to have a canopy over the top senior court since kids are sitting under the big tree at the deck sitting down doing nothing as they look at their friends playing without them just sitting there because they don't have a hat. Some people play under the hot beaming sun without a hat and end up just getting told off and with a down face they walk back to the deck unable to play with their friends since they don't have a hat.But if they had a canopy over the senior court that kid who walks slowly back to the deck with a down face will be out there playing with their friends on the senior court having all the fun they want. Also if they had a canopy there kids wouldn't get sunburnt as they played since a hat cant stop all of it.

When its rainy we can also play under the canopy so that we don't have to sit inside and play jenga and other games like that we could just play under the canopy and not get a single drop of water on us it would be great. We could also play under the canopy for a brain break if its raining. They would just have to hire the same people to build it. 

For fundraising we could have a day where we give a dollar to the teacher if we wear mufti so we could just wear our clothes that we wear at home that could be a way to fundraise we could also fundraise by having sausages and bread or a day were we get ice blocks if we give a gold coin to the teacher something like that.

After that we would need permission first we would have to get permission from the principle then the principle will get permission from the council which runs the city then the council will get permission from some other people.

We would first tape of the senior court so its off limits to the school they could start building it when its close to a long weekend so that we don't have to be there for some of the making of the canopy so they could work easier too.

Reading T1W6

 I liked reading about this space theme my favourite bit was making my own planet i used a round template and did polyline around that round template my second favourite bit was probably the word unscramble it was challenging at some bits i thought this weeks reading was really fun.

Writing T1W6

 I wake up with a shiny object in front of my front door it has a large cylinder like shape for its body it also has a cone for its head and last of all it has 4 jumpy legs that emit fire as it flys up into the sky. I jump inside my newly made rocket i grab my suit helmet and oxygen tank my suit is hot and sticky inside from my last trip into space.3! 2! 1! LIFT OFF! Wait what i go flying into the blue sky as i drift away i feel drowsy.

Phew i guess im still on earth but where are the buildings there were no houses around me or any signs of civilization just in case it was a different planet i got out my plant detector which would tell you the planet you're on but this was the first time it had never recognized the planet i had to know what was going on so the first thing i did was add this to the planet detector so everyone in the world would know this planet i had a look around and to my devastation i see behind me my rocket ship in small tiny pieces i dont know what do as im scared i could die on this unknown planet i calm down as i see a small river where i could get fresh water from. I slowly put my hands in a cup shape and get a big drink of water which calms me down heaps from getting on this unknown planet that has never been discovered.

AHH! What was that i stumbled back as I see a beady eye looking at me from the water a creature slowly crawls out of the water i shiver in fear as I run back to where i crash landed. I was as scared as a mouse being chased by a cat.I could no longer see the creature now i didnt know what to do this planet had many creatures that crocodile was very large at least four times bigger than a normal crocodile who knew if it was a baby one like in those movies were a big one is just only a baby. 

I gathered some big sticks and leaves to make a shelter so i can stay the night unharmed by any creatures I found a nice rock which I could use as a wall for my shelter I stabbed my two big sticks into the ground and stuck my leaves into the top of the sticks with the other end of the leaf laying on the big rock i had found i sat under my shelter as i looked at it turned night time the jungle came to life big yellow beady eyes looking straight into my soul its feet hooking on a tree branch I slowly drifted asleep.

I awaken in a warm cozy bed with the sunlight shining on my eyes i look away its so bright I drifted back to sleep hoping it was only a dream.

I quite liked this space writing it i couldn't all of it because it would be to long since that was only half the highlighted bit was my New Learning which was to show the characters feelings or there perspective.

Garden Kai Writing 2021

 We had just presented our recipe and had won the vote. We walked into the kitchen me Brode Cruze and Aarav our recipe was nachos with fresh veggies. The first thing we need to do was make the pesto. We put the cashew nuts in the food processor and went outside to grab some basil we need two cups of basil. We came back inside with the two cups of basil and put it in the food processor with the cashew nuts now we just had to add the olive oil. Crack! The cashew nuts were bouncing back and forth off the hard plastic sides of the food processor. We ended up getting to try the pesto early we grabbed a small spoon and dug the spoon deep down into the huge batch of pesto I brought up a huge piece on my tiny spoon the pesto was hanging of the edge of the spoon drooping down.Fling! The pesto jumps right on to my right thumb. Ouch! The big bit of pesto bites down on my thumb. In unison all the pesto jumps up. I bring up the pesto in my hand and drop it right in my mouth it tasted great but also i had just figured out the pestos weakness eat it before it eats you. We all widened our mouths and ate every single last bit of pesto not a single piece remaining we went back to class with a full tummy.
