The problem with these muffins we ended up using a cake recipe for the batter it worked pretty well but the main problem was, that the oven wasn't working the bottom one wasn't working but the top part was working so we ended up burning it only on the top. We then ended up putting icing on the top to hide it.
I bet they still tasted as yum as they look in your picture. I made muffins out of a box too but TJ scoffed them all before I remembered to take photos. She won't read this so I can blame her.
