How whales change climates

We all know that whales eat fish and krill but also some japanese politicians argue that killing whales is good because i boosts our food income but i say that killing whales is bad because whales help change the climate. The whales feed at pitch dark places were there is no light but sometimes they return to the photic zone were there is enough light to photosynthesize. Huge poonamis come out of the whales butt this poop is rich in iron and nitrogen which is very scarce on the ocean surface that poop fertilizes the plant plankton and up there is were the only place plant plankton can survive this plant plankton collects carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and it when it sinks to the bottom of the ocean it remains there for a long time keeping the carbon dioxide down there with it. When the whales swim up the water its pushing plant plankton up to reproduce and to collect more carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and that's how whales change climate.
