My procedural writing on cheese sauce

 Ingredients

2 tablespoons of tararua butter or margarine 

2 tablespoons of edmonds standard grade flour 

1 cup meadow fresh low fat milk 

Salt and freshly ground black pepper Optional

½ cup freshly grated cheese

Tools

Saucepan to melt 



Method

First you melt your butter or margarine in a small saucepan. Then you add the edmonds standard grade flour and stir with a wire whisk for 1 minute next you remove it from the heat and whisk in the meadow fresh milk. After that you return to the saucepan and heat and stir until the sauce thickens to about how thick you want it you then add the black pepper and salt you don't have to if you want to and add the grated cheese after. Stir until the cheese melts you can also melt the butter and other ingredients in the microwave.

This writing was pretty fun i thought i dont make cheese sauce but i thought it was pretty cool writing and reading how to make cheese sauce because i never really thought of making cheese sauce
